Payments and Refunds
Ins Accelerator offers various subscription plans, with prices as displayed at the time of purchase. All paid plans come with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. To request a refund, please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
Ins Accelerator is committed to providing 99.95% service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service indefinitely. Ins Accelerator is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will strive to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.
